The recent refurbishment of many of our meeting facilities means that the Royal Garden can, today, boast some of London’s most modern and versatile conference and meeting facilities. Available for use by walk-in guests as well as hotel residents, our range of meeting rooms are ideal venues for a small team event, workshop session or conference.

If you are looking for a small meeting room we have four Executive Boardrooms, complete with inbuilt plasma screens and Wi-Fi, that can cater for between six and 30 people and be set up in a number of ways. All of our hotel meeting rooms are ergonomically designed, and come with tea & coffee facilities to match, allowing delegates to stay fresh from start to finish.

At the other end of the scale is the Palace Suite, one of London’s finest conference venues. Suitable for theatre or classroom sessions, formal dinners, dinner dances and even cocktail parties, this versatile space can cater for up to 550 people.

It is not just the size and flexibility of the Palace Suite that makes it one of the finest conference venues in London. It is fitted with state-of-the art sound and lighting equipment to ensure that every event runs smoothly and looks and sounds fantastic. For further peace of mind, we also have an in-house technician to support you and your conference.

For the largest conferences, guests can use the Palace Suite in conjunction with our smaller meeting rooms to provide a varied and dynamic programme for attendees. Ad hoc meetings can also be held in these meeting rooms when available.

Of course, having your conference or meeting in a hotel has its obvious advantages – such as the convenience of being able to sleep minutes away from the venue. One of the largest events we stage on an annual basis is the International Live Music Conference (ILMC). It pretty much takes over the hotel for the four days it’s on, which works perfectly for everyone in attendance. The four days are a real challenge for every member of staff, from Luis Cobas (Bertie’s Bar Manager) to our excellent reception team, but our Conference and Banqueting Team are heavily involved in making ILMC a success year after year. We have proudly hosted ILMC since 2000, and our relationship shows no signs of relinquishing.

I am lucky to lead a very dedicated, experienced and expert team and being able to offer first-class hospitality, including Executive Chef Steve Munkley’s fantastic food, means that meetings and conferences are not only professional and functional but also enjoyable and memorable experiences.
